To set-up technoparks, technology parks, technopols, technopolis,
science parks, science cities, technology development areas and
to join in their foundation and management;
To research the contribution of the Turks originating from Anatolia
and Central Asia;
To help the development of the welfare system at all levels of all
the different kinds of health, educational, cultural, scientific,
technical and development societies;
To meet the economical, social and cultural needs of people and
communities both in quantity and quality starting by giving them moral
and financial support enabling the creation of new sources to form
