Dear EGIAD Members,

We must always keep technology as a top priority. In order to arrive at that desired level, and in order to offer the world our technology, is only possible through technological development. That is the reason that I am closely and happily monitoring the development of subjects like the technological research center, Izmir Institute of High Technology and the Technoparks in the Aegean Region. It will be everyone' best interest to bring the Urla - Cesme Technology Corridor to a functioning stage so that our Peninsula can begin to serve our country as soon as possible. We can create this Technology Corridor which will protect the environment and support the development of technology within a balanced and logical plan. In this respect, I would like to congratulate Mr. Ozakat who has contributed substantially to this cause and to all EGIAD members for their leadership ans wish the successful development of this project.
